This looks like a good deal. What's the catch?

There is no catch.  We work for you and we only get paid when you save money.

Why does your service have a term?

Price Controllers prides itself on delivering outstanding savings, but savings are only as good as what the client actually realizes.  That’s why we monitor the invoices going forward and make sure that the savings are realized. We earn our fees as you save the money and if your purchase volumes go down, so does our compensation.

I am good at negotiating, why do I need Price Controllers?

There are 3 main reasons why our clients engage us:

  1. Expertise. They don’t have the industry expertise in every expense category internally.
  2. Resources. Their staff just don’t have the time to focus on every expense to ensure the best deal.
  3. Leverage. Price Controllers has the relationships with vendors to obtaining pricing that is normally reserved for “the big guys”.

How do I know you are not just shilling for a particular vendor?

Our business is built on independence and transparency.  We earn all of our fees from our clients and do not accept any commissions or kickbacks from vendors.  We present options but the final decision always remains with you.

Will you require a lot of my staff’s time?

NO, we don’t need a lot of staff time. Most projects require less than 2 hours over the course of the project, mainly to review the reports and consider the recommendations.

Will we have to switch to new vendors?

Not necessarily.  We are vendor neutral and in the majority of projects we are able to obtain the savings we are looking for with the incumbent vendor.  If we can find a better combination of service and price from a new vendor we will present both options and you make the final decision on which is best for your business.
